Cancellation Policy

All Indian Head Massage sessions are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Appointments can be made online. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of full payment. No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients. The full session fee will still apply. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or are pregnant. Indian Head Massage may not be suitable for certain conditions, and your safety is our priority. Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent before receiving treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable for the service or behaves inappropriately. We reserve the right to update this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly to clients.
