Shelley is the heart behind Orchid Serenity—a dedicated teacher, certified in Yoga, Barre, HIIT Pilates, and Kids Yoga. As a wife and mom of two, she understands the importance of finding balance in a busy life and creates classes that are both effective and realistic for everyday living.
Her approach blends strength, mindfulness, and movement in a way that feels supportive and accessible to all. Whether she’s guiding a calming yoga flow, an energizing HIIT Pilates session, or a playful kids yoga class, Shelley brings encouragement, authenticity, and care to everything she does.
